Job Summary
A highly qualified person with experience in production lines, who guarantees standard work and the necessary structure to achieve the department's projects and objectives.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Training & Support
- Knowledge of company policies.
- Participates in formal and informal training sessions to acquire new skills and knowledge.
- Contributes and analyzes areas for improvement in the department.
- Essential Skills:
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and technical troubleshooting skills, with a strong ability to research and find solutions independently.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, thriving in both independent and collaborative work environments.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2 Years of experience.
- Ability to work and solve problems on the production line.
- Basic Excel and computer skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills to provide employee support.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
