This is a strategic and highly analytical opportunity for a finance and M&A professional looking to drive meaningful growth through acquisitions and market expansion initiatives. In this role, you will help shape long-term business strategy by identifying, evaluating, and executing high-impact acquisition opportunities within the technology and SaaS ecosystem. You will work closely with executive leadership on complex transactions, financial analysis, due diligence, and integration planning. The position offers direct exposure to senior decision-makers and the ability to influence critical business outcomes through rigorous analysis and strategic insight. Operating in a fast-paced and intellectually driven environment, you will manage multiple deal workstreams while contributing to the development of a scalable corporate development function. - Build and manage a strategic acquisition pipeline by identifying target companies, developing market maps, and cultivating relationships with founders, advisors, and banking partners
- Conduct detailed financial modeling including DCF analysis, comparable company analysis, precedent transactions, accretion/dilution modeling, and scenario analysis
- Evaluate acquisition opportunities through rigorous valuation methodologies and data-driven strategic assessments
- Lead and coordinate end-to-end due diligence processes across financial, commercial, legal, operational, and technical workstreams
- Prepare high-quality investment memos, executive presentations, opportunity assessments, and board-level materials to support strategic decision-making
- Support transaction negotiations and execution activities in collaboration with legal, finance, and external advisory teams
- Contribute to post-acquisition integration planning to ensure strategic and operational alignment following completed transactions
- Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, valuation shifts, and M&A activity within the software, SaaS, and HR technology sectors
- Manage multiple concurrent projects independently while maintaining high standards of analytical accuracy and execution discipline
- 2–6 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, transaction advisory, or in-house corporate development with direct exposure to M&A execution
- Strong expertise in financial modeling, valuation analysis, and transaction structuring across the full deal lifecycle
- Proven experience coordinating due diligence processes and analyzing financial statements, business performance, and commercial risks
- Ability to create clear, concise, and compelling executive-level materials including investment memos and board presentations
- Strong analytical thinking combined with intellectual curiosity and the confidence to challenge assumptions with data-driven insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with senior executives, founders, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize multiple workstreams, and thrive in ambiguous or fast-moving environments
- Experience within software, SaaS, or technology-focused transactions is strongly preferred
- Professional credentials such as CFA, CPA, or equivalent are considered an asset
