In this high-impact finance leadership role, you will help shape long-term financial strategy and drive data-driven decision-making across a fast-growing technology organization. You will develop and maintain complex financial models that support forecasting, capital allocation, and strategic planning at the executive level. Working closely with senior leadership, you will translate business performance into actionable insights that guide investment priorities and growth initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of finance, strategy, and business operations, requiring strong analytical rigor and a deep understanding of SaaS business dynamics. You will also contribute to cross-functional strategic initiatives, supporting key decisions that influence company-wide performance. - Develop, maintain, and enhance long-term financial models to support forecasting, strategic planning, and business decision-making
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to evaluate performance, investment opportunities, and capital allocation strategies
- Partner with senior leadership to define financial objectives, KPIs, and long-term strategic goals
- Build scenario planning and sensitivity models to assess the impact of strategic and operational decisions
- Support executive leadership with ad hoc financial analyses and strategic projects
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, tools, and analytical frameworks
- Translate complex financial data into clear insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align financial planning with business strategy and operational execution
- 8+ years of experience in strategic finance, investment banking, consulting, private equity, or high-growth technology environments
- Strong academic background in finance, accounting, economics, or a related quantitative discipline
- Advanced financial modeling skills, with strong proficiency in Excel and analytical tools
- Deep understanding of SaaS business models and key financial performance drivers
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect financial analysis to strategic outcomes
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present insights to executive audiences
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and work effectively in fast-paced environments
- High level of intellectual curiosity, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Competitive salary ranging from 138,700 CAD to 208,100 CAD depending on experience and location
