Job Description
Position: Evaluator, Residential Contracts
Classification: Full-time, Exempt
Reports to: Project Coordinator

Position Description:
The Evaluator, Residential Contracts will perform research and evaluation tasks associated with residential contracts, including outcome evaluation design, implementation, data collection analysis, and report writing.

Position Description:
The Evaluator, Residential Contracts will perform research and evaluation tasks associated with residential contracts, including outcome evaluation design, implementation, data collection analysis, and report writing.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct/coordinate a variety of data collection methods and instrumentation by administering/mailing questionnaires, implementing survey research, and conducting interviews and focus groups.
- Design and maintain databases using relevant software (e.g. SPSS, Teleform, Excel and Access).
- Collaborate in the design of various studies, including but not limited to research, evaluation, community needs assessment, cost benefit analysis, and/or outcomes studies.
- Lead grant/contract monitoring, outcome evaluation, and research activities.
- Conduct project/program meetings according to established schedule and/or as needed.
- Maintain documentation and records appropriate for reporting and in compliance with Agency, departmental, and/or funder’s and contractor's policies and requirements.
- Follow funder and agency policies and requirements with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with programs to make changes to program design by staying current and incorporating (as appropriate) new program, policy and evidence-based practices.
- Collaborate in proposal, manuscript, and special project development for submission, publication, and presentation.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual reports as required by the contract and/or the Agency.
- Prepare and coordinate site/monitoring visits.
- Write handbooks/manual required by the grant/contractor.
- Bachelor’s degree in behavioral, social science or a related field required.
- Minimum one (1) years’ experience in contract and grant project monitoring, with demonstrated ability to analyze data, implement process and outcome studies; and prepare grant and contract reports, including renewals.
- Familiarity with data collection tools, database systems, and statistical analysis techniques.
- Knowledge of grant and contract reporting standards, renewal processes, and compliance monitoring.
- Ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Skilled at managing multiple contracts, timelines, and deliverables simultaneously.
- Skilled in preparing clear, comprehensive reports, including performance monitoring, compliance reviews, and contract renewals.
- Ability to work closely with program staff, community partners, and funding agencies to improve services.
- Environment: Hybrid
- Range of Schedule: Mon – Fri, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm
