About the Role:
The Inside Sales Liaison plays a critical role in bridging communication between the sales team and clients to ensure seamless sales processes and exceptional customer experiences. This position is responsible for managing inbound and outbound communications, qualifying leads, and supporting the sales team in closing deals efficiently. Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
