Job Description
As a Digital Product Manager, Connectivity, you’ll drive the roadmap for foundational connectivity products that small and enterprise business customers depend on every day.
This role is a Think Company staffing opportunity supporting complex business initiatives for one of our enterprise clients. You’ll be fully embedded with one of our strategic client partners, collaborating daily with their stakeholders, working within their processes and structures, and representing Think Company through strong delivery, communication, and consulting acumen.

- Location: Hybrid — Philadelphia, PA; 1 day per week on-site
- Employment type: Full-time, Exempt (Contract staffing engagement)
- Salary range: $125,000 - $95,000
What You'll Do
- Own and communicate the digital product roadmap for connectivity products, aligning enhancements with business priorities, strategic goals, and stakeholder input
- Prioritize the backlog to deliver high-value features, defining and tracking KPIs that measure product success and inform future iterations
- Lead agile delivery, defining digital product requirements and guiding solution design, refinement, UX reviews, and development demos as the primary product representative
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across UX, content, analytics, digital sales, marketing, technology, and brand teams to ensure seamless end-to-end execution
- Use analytics and customer research to identify pain points and opportunities, ensuring intuitive, customer-centric digital experiences
- Communicate progress, release timelines, and performance impact clearly to stakeholders at all levels
What You Bring
- Proven experience owning and prioritizing a digital product roadmap and backlog in an agile environment
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with technical fluency and operational execution in a fast-paced, cross-functional setting
- Track record of cross-functional leadership across UX, content, analytics, marketing, and technology teams
- Data-driven approach to decision-making, using analytics and customer research to define and track KPIs
- Strong stakeholder communication and presentation skills across all levels of an organization
Nice-to-Haves
- Connectivity or networking industry knowledge, including familiarity with adjacent products like security solutions
