Job Description

As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll own end-to-end UX for complex, customer-facing digital experiences — from strategy through tactical execution.
This role is a Think Company staffing opportunity supporting complex business initiatives for one of our enterprise clients. You’ll be fully embedded with one of our strategic client partners, collaborating daily with their stakeholders, working within their processes and structures, and representing Think Company through strong delivery, communication, and consulting acumen.

  • Location: Hybrid — Philadelphia, PA; 1 day per week on-site
  • Employment type: Full-time, Exempt (Contract staffing engagement)
  • Salary range: $95,000 - $125,000

What You'll Do
  • Work autonomously as the sole designer, or collaboratively with a team of designers, while partnering effectively with other functions
  • Develop user flows, site maps, wireframes, screen prototypes, and detailed design specifications for handoff to development partners
  • Collaborate closely with development partners to design scalable, cross-platform solutions
  • Lead brainstorming sessions with peers and stakeholders
  • Initiate usability and/or A/B test studies and surveys — setting objectives, reviewing data, interpreting results, and sharing findings with the team
  • Own end-to-end UX from strategy through tactical execution of new features

What You Bring
  • Expertise in Figma, including component building and working within an established design library
  • Ability to work across multiple projects at once with the agility to deliver on time and to standard
  • Ability to learn complex subject matter to design effective flows for complex functions
  • Expertise creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups
  • Experience using AI-powered tools in the design and prototyping process
  • Ability to manage timelines and collaborate with product, program, and development partners on design schedules
