Job Description

As an Associate Digital Product Manager, you’ll help shape and execute a digital product backlog that’s central to a major platform migration for small business customers.
This role is a Think Company staffing opportunity supporting complex business initiatives for one of our enterprise clients. You’ll be fully embedded with one of our strategic client partners, collaborating daily with their stakeholders, working within their processes and structures, and representing Think Company through strong delivery, communication, and consulting acumen.

  • Location: Hybrid — Philadelphia, PA; 1 day per week on-site
  • Employment type: Full-time, Exempt (Contract staffing engagement)
  • Salary range: $80,000 - $110,000

What You'll Do
  • Assist in backlog prioritization, capturing, evaluating, and organizing feature requests to deliver high-value functionality
  • Lead the definition of digital product requirements, serving as a product representative in solution design sessions, refinement, UX reviews, and development demos
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with UX, content, analytics, digital sales, marketing, and technology teams to ensure seamless roadmap execution
  • Use analytics and customer research to identify pain points and opportunities; define and track KPIs that measure product success
  • Provide regular stakeholder updates on feature development, release timelines, and performance metrics

What You Bring
  • Product management experience including backlog ownership and prioritization
  • Ability to quickly learn technical product areas and digital ecosystem dependencies
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication skills
  • Ability to translate business needs and customer insights into clear, actionable product requirements
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data and customer research to inform product decisions
  • Comfort partnering with UX, content, and technology teams on scalable, user-friendly solutions
  • Resourceful cross-organizational navigation — able to proactively engage the right people to resolve ambiguity and keep work moving
