Collections Compliance & Performance Analyst in Atlanta, Georgia at Aubrey Thrasher LLC

We are seeking a Collections Compliance & Performance Analyst to support the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of accounts receivable operations within a creditor’s rights law firm. This role is responsible for auditing collection activity against firm policies and procedures, evaluating performance metrics, and ensuring adherence to FDCPA, Regulation F, and applicable state and federal regulations.

This position plays a key role in maintaining operational discipline by identifying gaps in execution, reviewing account handling practices, validating documentation accuracy, and supporting improvements in overall performance and compliance outcomes. The role also supports inventory oversight, reporting validation, and the use of compliance and workflow systems and tools.

This is a highly analytical role requiring strong attention to detail, independent judgment, confidentiality, and the ability to interpret data and apply policy consistently in a regulated legal environment. Experience with compliance monitoring, reporting analysis, and collections systems is strongly preferred.

A minimum of three (3) years of experience in collections, accounts receivable operations, compliance, auditing, financial services, or legal support environments is required. Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and familiarity with collections workflows and performance metrics are essential.

$24.00–$30.00 per hour, based on experience, plus full benefits.
