Property Inspector at Excalibur Homes LLC – Alpharetta, Georgia

Excalibur Homes, LLC currently manages over 1400 homes in the metropolitan Atlanta area. We are looking for an experienced Residential Property Inspector to join Excalibur Homes in Alpharetta, GA

We are a single-family, property management company. The Property Inspector is responsible for performing move-in, move-out, and other periodic inspections of the residential homes we manage.

Property Inspectors must be comfortable driving in and around ALL areas of the Metro Atlanta area. A company car is provided to include gas and maintenance-associated fees. All candidates must have an excellent driving record.

Current residents are not eligible for employment.

Schedule: Your schedule may fluctuate depending on the needs of the company.

Starting Pay: $24-$27

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Property Inspectors perform inspections on single-family rental homes. This could be move-ins, move-outs, and other periodic inspections.
• Property Inspectors must be able to walk in and around the property, bend, kneel, and twist in order to take clear photos and upload them into the Z-Inspector application.
• Property Inspectors must be able to walk up and down hills and stairs, and may occasionally use ladders.
• Property Inspectors must be able to de-escalate situations on-site, when necessary. Experience in this area is required.
• Enter accurate and clear notes about the property
• Property Inspectors must ensure that the company car is kept clean and service maintenance is performed as needed.
• Assist in other areas within the company as needed
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, This is an hourly position and is eligible for overtime pay.

REQUIREMENTS:

• One year of experience as a Property Inspector or related field
• Detail-oriented, good grammar, dependable
• Clean driving record
• Clear background and able to pass a drug screen
• Has a smartphone with a data plan
• Technically Savvy
• Comfortable driving in Atlanta, GA, and surrounding areas at various times of the day, including high-traffic times
• Able to walk around homes, landscapes, and stairs, in all weather conditions
• Dependable, team player
• High School Graduate or GED
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
