Purpose

The Compliance Coordinator Analyst will provide support to the Compliance department to ensure client requirements are met.


Specific Duties, Activities and Responsibilities

• Notary management

• Notary QC and auditing

• Assist with training and tracking of training completion

• Vendor due diligence

• Local Counsel due diligence

• Client Alert tracking

• Assist with Compliance box monitoring

• Assist with other duties and special projects as needed


Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred

• A strong background in the default industry, servicer and investor expectations are required for this position.

• Ability to handle multiple and competing priorities with sensitive timelines.

• Analytical document review capabilities
