This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and hands-on Product Marketing Manager to help shape the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy of a fast-growing AI-powered platform. In this role, you will be responsible for driving awareness, adoption, and revenue impact through compelling storytelling, data-driven insights, and high-impact marketing programs. You will work closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to translate technical capabilities into clear customer value. The position blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution across launches, content, enablement, and demand generation. - Define product positioning, messaging frameworks, and ideal customer profiles (ICP) to support market differentiation and growth.
- Conduct market and competitive intelligence, including win/loss analysis, SWOT assessments, and industry research.
- Support expansion into new markets through customer interviews, research, and segmentation insights.
- Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for product launches, including naming, packaging, positioning, and launch planning.
- Develop sales and partner enablement materials such as battle cards, playbooks, training resources, and presentations.
- Create and manage content across multiple channels, including website copy, blog posts, eBooks, case studies, videos, and datasheets.
- Design and execute demand generation programs across email, webinars, paid media, social channels, PR, and events.
- Collaborate with digital marketing teams to optimize performance across SEO, paid search, and multi-channel campaigns.
- Support analyst relations activities, including briefings, inquiries, and market positioning discussions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across all customer touchpoints.
- Continuously refine messaging and GTM strategies based on market feedback, performance data, and competitive trends.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B product marketing within SaaS or AI-driven technology companies.
- Proven experience working in high-growth, startup, or early-stage environments is highly preferred.
- Strong track record of leading successful product launches and go-to-market strategies, including messaging, positioning, and packaging.
- Experience developing and executing digital marketing programs such as webinars, email campaigns, SEO, paid media, and social campaigns.
- Familiarity with marketing technology tools such as HubSpot, G2, 6sense, Demandbase, Google Analytics, Semrush, and AI tools like ChatGPT or similar platforms.
- Strong writing skills with experience creating high-quality marketing content, including blogs, case studies, ebooks, and product materials.
- Experience supporting analyst relations activities with firms such as Forrester and Gartner is an asset.
- Ability to develop compelling presentation content and represent the company in webinars or industry events.
- Hands-on experience with design and content tools such as Canva, video editing platforms, or similar creative software.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect marketing performance to business outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across product, sales, and marketing teams.
- Comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
