This role is focused on driving strategic sales growth across the automotive software ecosystem, working closely with dealers, manufacturers, and technology partners. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting new business opportunities to building long-term client relationships within assigned accounts. The position requires a strong consultative approach to selling complex SaaS solutions that support digital transformation across the automotive retail value chain. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience, product alignment, and successful solution adoption. This is a high-impact, quota-carrying role where performance, resilience, and commercial acumen directly influence market expansion. You will also play a key role in forecasting, pipeline management, and strategic account planning. - Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and closing automotive software solutions within assigned accounts.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Drive new business acquisition while expanding relationships within existing customer portfolios.
- Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and sales activity tracking using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Apply structured, consultative selling methodologies aligned with business strategy to address customer needs.
- Collaborate closely with customer success, support, and internal product teams to ensure successful onboarding and satisfaction.
- Represent the organization in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations with stakeholders at all levels.
- Conduct regular market and account analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive positioning.
- Ensure disciplined execution of sales processes and continuous improvement of sales effectiveness.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Automotive or SaaS sales environments.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and performance targets.
- Strong ability to manage complex sales cycles and engage with senior-level stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Structured and disciplined approach to consultative selling, including prospecting and closing techniques.
- High level of resilience, motivation, and ability to thrive in a competitive, target-driven environment.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
