Job Overview

Pezz Electrical Service LLC is seeking a highly organized, fast-paced, and customer-focused Service Dispatcher / Scheduling Coordinator to be the operational heartbeat of our daily field execution.

In this role, you will manage technician schedules, coordinate service calls, and ensure every customer interaction is smooth, timely, and professional. You are the central hub between customers, technicians, and internal teamskeeping jobs moving, priorities aligned, and communication clear.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dispatching & Scheduling Operations
    • Manage and maintain the daily schedule for service and installation technicians

    • Dispatch technicians efficiently as calls are completed

    • Monitor and adjust schedules in real-time based on job progress and priority shifts

    • Prioritize incoming service requests based on urgency, customer needs, and operational goals

  • Customer Communication & Experience
    • Deliver a positive, professional customer experience on every interaction

    • Proactively contact customers regarding delays or schedule updates

    • Support inbound call overflow when needed

    • Resolve customer concerns quickly through clear, solution-focused communication

  • Operational Coordination
    • Communicate effectively with technicians, sales staff, vendors, and internal teams

    • Monitor daily call volume, scheduling flow, and revenue-related activity

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records within CRM systems

    • Ensure all job details, notes, and updates are properly documented

  • Administrative & Team Support
    • Assist with general office coordination and workflow support

    • Maintain organization across scheduling systems and internal communications

    • Perform additional duties as needed to support daily operations

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in dispatching, scheduling, or a similar operations role required

  • Strong communication skills with a positive, professional tone

  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)

  • Experience with ServiceTitan or similar CRM software (or ability to learn quickly)

  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

  • Solid geographical knowledge of the service area

  • Comfortable working in a desk-based, office setting for extended periods
