Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Summer Analyst to join our team. This is a seasonal position with the potential to transition into a full-time Analyst position upon successful completion. The ideal candidate is a recent graduate with a bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with financial modeling, asset management reporting, and investment analysis.
Conduct market research and assist in underwriting real estate opportunities.
Support acquisition, disposition, and asset management teams with analysis and reporting.
Prepare presentations and investment memoranda for internal and external stakeholders.
Participate in special projects and strategic initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or a related discipline (Graduating Class of 2024 or 2025).
Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
A demonstrated interest in real estate investment, finance, or asset management.
