Job Description
Digital marketing is a major driver of DM Injury Law’s growth, and this role will have meaningful visibility into how we invest our marketing dollars and grow the business.
You’ll have the opportunity to work across paid advertising, SEO, AI search, analytics and emerging marketing channels rather than being limited to one narrow function.
Most importantly, you’ll have the opportunity to own work, test ideas, learn quickly and make a measurable impact.
About the Role
DM Injury Law is looking for a highly analytical, curious, and motivated Digital Growth Analyst to join our marketing team.
This role sits at the intersection of paid media, data analysis, SEO, and emerging AI search. You’ll help manage and optimize our digital advertising campaigns across platforms including Google, Meta, ChatGPT and other emerging channels, while also helping us understand how DM Injury Law is performing across traditional search and AI-powered search experiences.
We’re less concerned with finding someone who has already done everything on this list and more interested in finding someone who is smart, analytical, resourceful, and hungry to learn.
The right person enjoys digging into data, figuring out why something happened, testing new ideas, and taking ownership without needing to be given a step-by-step playbook.
What You’ll Do
Paid Media & Performance Marketing
- Manage and optimize paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, ChatGPT and emerging advertising platforms
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, pacing, lead volume, cost per lead, cost per case and overall return on marketing investment
- Analyze performance by campaign, market, audience, keyword, creative and landing page
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scale high-performing campaigns
- Build and evaluate A/B tests across creative, targeting, messaging and landing pages
- Work with internal creative and marketing teams to develop new campaign ideas
- Help evaluate new advertising platforms and determine where DM Injury Law should test next
- Partner with agencies and vendors while maintaining a strong internal understanding of performance
SEO & AEO Analysis
- Analyze organic search performance across Google and other search engines
- Help identify changes in rankings, traffic, visibility and competitive market share
- Research competitors to understand why they are outperforming us and where opportunities exist
- Analyze keyword performance, content gaps, backlinks, local search visibility and technical SEO signals
- Monitor how DM Injury Law appears within ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews and other AI-powered search platforms
- Help develop strategies to improve visibility within both traditional search engines and AI-generated answers
- Track changes in search behavior and identify emerging opportunities
Analytics & Business Intelligence
- Turn marketing data into clear, actionable insights
- Build reporting and dashboards that help the team quickly understand what’s working, what’s changing and what we should do next
- Analyze trends across platforms including Google Ads, GA4, Google Search Console, CallRail and other marketing tools
- Investigate unexpected changes in performance and work to identify root causes
- Help connect marketing activity to leads, signed cases, revenue and business outcomes
- Present findings and recommendations to marketing leadership in a clear, concise way
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, analytics, finance, business intelligence, paid media, SEO or a related analytical field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with large amounts of data and identifying patterns or trends
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Interest in digital advertising, search engines, AI and consumer behavior
- Comfortable learning new platforms and tools quickly
- Able to take a question like “Why did performance change?” and independently figure out how to investigate it
- Highly curious and willing to challenge assumptions
- Organized and capable of managing multiple priorities
- Comfortable taking ownership of projects with limited oversight
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Bonus Points - Experience with any of the following is helpful, but not required:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads
- GA4
- Google Search Console
- Looker Studio, Domo, Tableau or Power BI
- CallRail
- Ahrefs, Semrush, Conductor or similar SEO platforms
- SQL
- Landing page testing or conversion rate optimization
- AI search / AEO / generative engine optimization
- Marketing attribution or financial modeling
Who Will Thrive in This Role
You may be a great fit if you’re the person who:
- Actually, enjoys spreadsheets
- Wants to understand why a number moved instead of simply reporting that it moved
- Gets curious when something doesn’t make sense
- Likes testing theories and proving or disproving them with data
- Wants responsibility early in your career
- Learns new technology quickly
- Doesn’t need someone constantly telling you what to do next
- Wants to become an expert in a rapidly changing area of marketing
You do not need to come from a law firm or even necessarily from a traditional marketing background. Candidates with backgrounds in finance, economics, analytics, business intelligence or other quantitative fields who are excited to learn digital marketing are encouraged to apply.
