Overview

Go Fish is seeking a Sr. Coordinator, Integrated Media to support the planning, activation, optimization, and reporting of integrated media campaigns across a portfolio of clients.

In this role, you’ll build on a strong foundation in media execution while taking greater ownership of campaign management, performance monitoring, and client deliverables. You’ll work across digital and traditional media channels, applying audience insights, platform knowledge, and performance data to help improve campaign outcomes.

You’ll be expected to operate with increasing independence, proactively identify issues and opportunities, and serve as a reliable resource for Coordinators and other team members. This role is ideal for someone who has developed strong executional skills and is ready to take the next step toward broader account and strategy ownership.

What You’ll DoMedia Strategy & PlanningDevelop a strong understanding of client business goals, target audiences, campaign objectives, and key performance indicatorsApply audience, industry, competitive, and platform research to support integrated media recommendationsAssist with the development of media plans, including channel recommendations, targeting approaches, budgets, timelines, and campaign detailsRefine targeting and audience recommendations based on available research, client priorities, and campaign performanceBuild and maintain media flowcharts, budget documents, planning materials, and client presentationsSupport the development of tactical recommendations across paid search, paid social, programmatic, video, streaming, direct media, and other applicable channelsBegin connecting individual channel tactics to the broader customer journey and integrated media strategyIdentify missing information, planning considerations, or potential risks and proactively raise them with the account teamActivation & ExecutionIndependently manage assigned campaign setup, trafficking, launch, and maintenance responsibilitiesExecute campaigns accurately across applicable media platforms and channelsApply established processes, naming conventions, tracking requirements, and platform best practices consistentlyImprove execution accuracy and consistency by identifying gaps and recommending process improvementsComplete thorough quality assurance reviews before launch and following significant campaign changesCoordinate creative assets, trafficking instructions, tracking requirements, platform specifications, and launch timelinesMaintain accurate campaign settings, budgets, documentation, and supporting account materialsMonitor delivery and pacing and make approved adjustments to keep campaigns aligned with planned budgets and timelinesTroubleshoot routine campaign issues and escalate more complex risks with clear context and recommended next stepsSupport direct media buys and vendor coordination, where applicableOptimization & PerformanceMonitor campaign performance against established goals, benchmarks, and key performance client-facing reportsAnalyze campaign performance and identify clear trends, insights, and areas of opportunityContribute written performance narratives that explain what happened, why it happened, and what the team recommends nextConnect campaign metrics to defined media goals and client business objectivesMaintain reporting dashboards, optimization logs, budget trackers, and campaign affect campaign timelines or outcomesContribute to organized and consistent account workflowsTeam Support & DevelopmentServe as a resource for Coordinators by answering routine questions and sharing deeper knowledge in assigned areasWhat You Bring1–3 years of experience in media, marketing, advertising, analytics, or a related fieldHands-on experience supporting or managing paid media campaignsBachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business, or a related field, or comparable professional experienceWorking knowledge of integrated media planning, campaign activation, optimization, and reportingExperience working with at least one major paid media platform, with an interest in developing broader cross-channel expertiseStrong attention to detail and a
