About the Role

Go Fish is seeking a detail-oriented, part-time Integrated Media Intern to support our Integrated Media team. This role is ideal for a student or early-career professional interested in digital advertising, media planning, and agency operations.

The Integrated Media Intern will primarily provide administrative and organizational support that helps the team maintain accurate financial records, media plans, and campaign documentation. You’ll gain exposure to the behind-the-scenes work that enables integrated media campaigns to run smoothly across channels.

This is a part-time position requiring approximately 10–15 hours per week.

What You'll Do

  • Assist with reconciling invoice details against media plans, budgets, and internal records
  • Update media flowcharts and actualizations to reflect current campaign activity, spend, and timing
  • Maintain organized budget trackers, campaign files, vendor documentation, and other team resources
  • Help ensure media planning documents are accurate, complete, and up to date
  • Assist with data entry, quality assurance, and routine reporting support as needed
  • Coordinate with Integrated Media team members to gather missing information and resolve straightforward documentation discrepancies
  • Support internal status updates, meeting preparation, and other administrative needs
  • Follow established processes, file-naming conventions, and documentation standards
  • Assist with pulling and organizing campaign data to support planning and reporting needs
  • Take on additional projects that support the efficiency and organization of the Integrated Media team

What You Bring

  • Interest in digital marketing, advertising, media planning, finance, or agency operations
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with numbers, budgets, and documentation
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Comfort using Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with formulas and basic data organization is a plus
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage assigned tasks independently while asking thoughtful questions when needed
  • A reliable, proactive, and collaborative approach to work
  • Current enrollment in, or recent completion of, a degree program in marketing, advertising, communications, business, finance, or a related field is preferred but not required
