Part-Time | 24 Hours per Week
Day Shift | Every Monday & Thursday + Every Other Weekend
Pay Range: $32.20 – $34.80 per hour
Shift Differentials: +$1.25/hour Weekend Differential | +$1.00/hour Evening Differential | +$0.50/hour Night Differential

As a Charge Nurse in our Personal Care neighborhood, you'll play a vital role in supporting residents, guiding Resident Assistants, and helping create a warm, caring environment where residents feel safe, valued, and at home.

As an LPN / Charge Nurse, you will provide clinical leadership and compassionate care while supporting the daily operations of the Personal Care neighborhood.
Responsibilities include:
- Administering medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility policies
- Monitoring resident health and responding appropriately to changes in condition
- Making resident rounds to ensure safety, comfort, and quality care
- Completing required clinical documentation, progress notes, and resident records
- Supervising and supporting Resident Assistants while fostering accountability and teamwork
- Communicating resident needs and updates to team members and leadership
- Assisting with resident assessments, admissions, transfers, discharges, and end-of-life care
- Receiving and processing physician orders in accordance with facility policies
- Maintaining infection prevention, safety, and regulatory compliance standards
- Completing incident and accident reports as required
- Participating in team meetings and quality improvement efforts
- Supporting residents and families with compassion, professionalism, and respect
- Current Pennsylvania Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License required
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
- Ability to lead and support a team in a positive and respectful manner

- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional during challenging situations
