Evening Shift | Monday–Friday | 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM
No Weekends
Pay Range: $33.60 – $36.30 per hour
Shift Differentials: +$3.00/hour Evening Shift | +$2.00/hour Night Shift | +$1.25/hour Weekend Shift

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you'll provide high-quality, resident-centered care while helping create a safe, supportive, and caring environment for residents, families, and fellow team members.
Responsibilities include:
- Administering medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and nursing standards
- Monitoring resident health and responding appropriately to changes in condition
- Making resident rounds to promote safety, comfort, and quality of care
- Documenting care accurately and communicating important updates to the interdisciplinary team
- Supervising and supporting nursing assistants while fostering teamwork and professional growth
- Assisting with admissions, transfers, discharges, assessments, and end-of-life care
- Supporting infection prevention, resident safety, and regulatory compliance initiatives
- Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families through compassionate, respectful care
- Participating in team meetings and quality improvement efforts to ensure the highest standards of care
- Current Pennsylvania Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License required
- Current CPR Certification required
- Strong clinical judgment, critical-thinking, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the care team
- Genuine compassion and a desire to serve older adults
