Test Job HR in New York, New York at NADAP

THIS IS A TEST POSITION FOR RECRUITING SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION. THIS POSITION IS NOT AN ACTIVE JOB OPENING.

TEST: will support the Human Resources team with recruitment and hiring activities. This position is being used to TEST the functionality and workflow of the organization’s new recruiting system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Post and maintain job openings within the recruiting system.
• Review applications and resumes for basic qualifications.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Submit qualified candidates to hiring managers for review.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity.
• Assist with onboarding activities as needed.
• Follow established recruitment policies and procedures.
• Utilize the recruiting system to move candidates through each stage of the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• One year of experience in recruiting, human resources, administration, or a related field preferred.
