  • Conduct workplace investigations and resolve complex employee relations issues with professionalism, objectivity, and confidentiality.
  • Support benefits administration, including 403(b) retirement plans, open enrollment, and employee inquiries.
  • Prepare, analyze, and present HR metrics, reports, and workforce analytics to clients and the client director to support informed decision-making.
  • Maintain current knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws, regulatory requirements, industry trends, and HR best practices to ensure compliance and effective client support.
  • Contribute to a high-performing HR consulting environment by identifying opportunities for process improvement, operational efficiency, and enhanced client service delivery.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • 4+ years of progressive HR experience, with demonstrated success in all areas of employee relations (i.e., hiring practices, training and onboarding, development, mediation, investigations, benefits enrollment, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, federal and state employment law and regulations, and HRIS systems, including workers' compensation and risk management
  • Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills with employees and all levels of management; able to create a working environment of open communication and trust
