and data management tools.
* Solid understanding of HR processes, policies, and metrics.
* Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data
into actionable recommendations.
* Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey data insights
