  • Manage multiple deployment projects simultaneously while ensuring timelines, quality standards, and customer expectations are met.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams, operations and maintenance partners, customer support teams, and external stakeholders to streamline implementations.
  • Provide guidance and best practices to station owners to ensure successful adoption and long-term satisfaction.
  • Handle inbound post-sale service requests and support issue resolution through effective escalation and communication processes.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, status tracking, and reporting throughout the deployment lifecycle.
  • Support installation oversight and ensure charging stations are fully operational before handoff to customers.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in French and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects or customer implementations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and clients across different functions.
  • Comfortable learning new technical systems, tools, and operational processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Previous experience in deployment coordination, technical support, operations, or customer onboarding is considered an asset.
Benefits:
  • Remote work flexibility within Canada.
  • Opportunity to work in a rapidly growing and innovative clean technology industry.
  • Exposure to cutting-edge EV infrastructure and mobility solutions.
  • Collaborative and inclusive work environment focused on growth and innovation.
  • Professional development and continuous learning opportunities.
  • Equal opportunity workplace committed to diversity, inclusion, and accessibility.
  • Supportive team culture with opportunities to make a meaningful impact on sustainable transportation.
