You will play a key role in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for station owners while coordinating with cross-functional teams, service partners, and customers. Working in a dynamic and customer-focused environment, you will oversee activation processes, troubleshoot issues, and ensure successful project completion from installation through validation. - Coordinate the activation, configuration, and validation of EV charging stations for new and existing customers.
- Manage multiple deployment projects simultaneously while ensuring timelines, quality standards, and customer expectations are met.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams, operations and maintenance partners, customer support teams, and external stakeholders to streamline implementations.
- Provide guidance and best practices to station owners to ensure successful adoption and long-term satisfaction.
- Handle inbound post-sale service requests and support issue resolution through effective escalation and communication processes.
- Maintain accurate documentation, status tracking, and reporting throughout the deployment lifecycle.
- Support installation oversight and ensure charging stations are fully operational before handoff to customers.
- Fluent in French and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects or customer implementations in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and clients across different functions.
- Comfortable learning new technical systems, tools, and operational processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Previous experience in deployment coordination, technical support, operations, or customer onboarding is considered an asset.
