Your work will directly influence how teams prioritize, build, and optimize products based on real user needs. This is a high-impact role shaping the future of AI-enabled product intelligence at scale.

Accountabilities
  • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a unified feedback and user success platform, including AI-enabled insights and decision-support tools.
  • Build and evolve scalable systems that integrate user research, behavioral analytics, and customer feedback into actionable insights.
  • Translate organizational and product strategy into platform capabilities that improve decision-making speed, quality, and alignment.
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities to accelerate the development of an AI-powered product insights ecosystem.
  • Lead the design of data products that surface user behavior, sentiment, and product performance across the organization.
  • Partner with engineering, data science, research, and design teams to deliver integrated, high-impact platform solutions.
  • Drive adoption of insights tools and systems through enablement, change management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Establish clear success metrics and continuously optimize product performance and business impact.
  • Ensure systems are scalable, interoperable, and aligned with long-term platform and organizational needs.
  • Influence senior stakeholders by linking product decisions to measurable user and business outcomes.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally focused on platforms, data products, or internal tools.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional product initiatives with measurable impact.
  • Strong experience working with research, analytics, data science, or engineering teams.
  • Deep understanding of product development lifecycle, including discovery, prioritization, roadmap planning, and execution.
  • Ability to translate qualitative and quantitative insights into clear product strategy and decisions.
  • Experience building or scaling internal systems, platforms, or workflow tools used across organizations.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML-driven products, or strong interest in applying AI to product innovation and decision systems.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to influence senior leadership.
  • Strong analytical thinking with comfort working across structured and unstructured data inputs.
  • Ability to balance strategic vision with execution discipline in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits
  • Competitive compensation package with base salary aligned to experience and location (Canada-based ranges vary).
  • Annual bonuses, stock grants, and long-term incentive opportunities.
  • Comprehensive health coverage, including medical, dental, vision, and mental health support.
  • Flexible work arrangements supporting hybrid and remote collaboration.
  • Paid time off, holidays, and well-being-focused leave policies.
  • Strong learning and development culture with opportunities for upskilling and career growth.
  • Inclusive work environment focused on belonging, diversity, and collaboration.
  • Exposure to cutting-edge AI and data-driven product innovation at enterprise scale.
