The role blends project coordination, process optimization, and marketing operations support in a fast-paced remote setting. You will also contribute to reporting and analytics efforts that inform decision-making and performance tracking. In this role, you will support the planning, coordination, and optimization of marketing initiatives while ensuring smooth execution across teams and stakeholders.
- Coordinate end-to-end marketing project workflows, including intake, planning, timelines, ownership, and dependency tracking.
- Maintain and optimize project management systems, templates, and processes using tools such as monday.com or similar platforms.
- Ensure visibility and alignment across stakeholders by tracking progress, following up on action items, and managing communications.
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and support continuous process improvements to enhance team coordination and productivity.
- Support recurring marketing reporting and analytics, including campaign performance summaries and trend analysis.
- Assist in translating data into clear insights that support planning, prioritization, and decision-making.
- Coordinate meetings, documentation, and operational tasks to support smooth execution across marketing initiatives.
- Support vendor coordination, translation needs, and platform/tool administration as required.
- Help maintain consistency in operational practices across multiple concurrent marketing initiatives.
This role requires strong organizational skills, operational discipline, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving marketing environment.
- Experience in marketing coordination, marketing operations, project coordination, agency account management, or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of how marketing teams operate and how to manage workflows across multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills with a proactive approach to managing timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as monday.com, Asana, ClickUp, or Trello.
- Ability to work with marketing data, dashboards, and reporting to support performance tracking and decision-making.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and alignment across remote, cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities and multiple concurrent projects.
- Adaptability and curiosity, with a continuous improvement mindset focused on optimizing workflows and processes.
- Experience in nonprofit or mission-driven organizations is considered an asset.
- Bilingualism (English/French) is an advantage but not required.
- Annual salary range: $59,000 – $66,000 CAD
