  • Coordinate meetings, documentation, and operational tasks to support smooth execution across marketing initiatives.
  • Support vendor coordination, translation needs, and platform/tool administration as required.
  • Help maintain consistency in operational practices across multiple concurrent marketing initiatives.
Requirements

  • Strong understanding of how marketing teams operate and how to manage workflows across multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a proactive approach to managing timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools such as monday.com, Asana, ClickUp, or Trello.
  • Ability to work with marketing data, dashboards, and reporting to support performance tracking and decision-making.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and alignment across remote, cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities and multiple concurrent projects.
  • Adaptability and curiosity, with a continuous improvement mindset focused on optimizing workflows and processes.
  • Experience in nonprofit or mission-driven organizations is considered an asset.
  • Bilingualism (English/French) is an advantage but not required.
Benefits
