This is a high-impact leadership role at the center of a fast-scaling fintech and technology organization modernizing the mortgage industry through cloud-based innovation. You will be responsible for establishing and leading a strategic Project Management Office that ensures execution certainty across complex, cross-functional programs spanning product, engineering, and client delivery. Operating in a high-growth, enterprise SaaS environment, you will design governance frameworks, planning cadences, and reporting structures that bring clarity and alignment across teams. The role requires close partnership with executive stakeholders to drive prioritization, resource planning, and delivery excellence. You will play a key role in transforming how large financial institutions adopt next-generation mortgage technology. This is an opportunity to build scalable PMO capabilities while directly influencing strategic outcomes in a rapidly evolving ecosystem.
- Provide end-to-end oversight of the portfolio of product, engineering, and client delivery programs, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and business outcomes.
- Design and implement PMO operating models, including planning cadences, governance structures, and delivery frameworks to improve predictability and execution.
- Track and manage key milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables across multiple initiatives, ensuring proactive issue resolution.
- Lead resource management and capacity planning to optimize allocation of talent across programs and evolving business needs.
- Develop executive-level reporting dashboards and portfolio insights to provide visibility into program health, risks, and progress.
- Standardize project management methodologies, tools, and best practices to improve cross-functional collaboration and delivery consistency.
- 8–10+ years of experience in program management, project management, or PMO leadership within a fast-paced technology or SaaS environment.
- Proven experience establishing and scaling PMO functions in high-growth or complex organizational settings.
- Strong expertise in Agile and traditional project management methodologies, with the ability to apply them contextually.
- Deep experience in resource planning, capacity management, and cross-functional portfolio coordination.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and executive teams.
- Strong proficiency with PMO tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, Smartsheet, or Monday.com.
- Strategic, analytical, and data-driven mindset with strong organizational and execution discipline.
