This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Technician, Product administration based in Canada.
This is a 10-month temporary opportunity supporting the administration of specialized financial products and member or client accounts.
The role combines technical expertise, administrative support, process analysis, and problem-solving within a specialized operations environment.
You will provide guidance on complex operational issues and contribute to projects involving new products, tools, processes, and business solutions.
Your analytical work will help identify opportunities to improve methods, procedures, information management, and data processing.
The position also involves creating technical resources that strengthen the knowledge and capabilities of users and their teams.
You will work closely with practitioners and stakeholders to promote consistent standards, efficient processes, and effective use of operational systems.

- Provide technical support for projects and complex operational issues, using sound judgment to identify effective solutions.
- Conduct specialized technical studies, research, and analysis to assess processes, information, and data and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Act as a subject matter resource by contributing solutions and developing practical action plans for complex operational challenges.
- Prepare technical notes and other documentation designed to enhance users’ knowledge, skills, and understanding of relevant processes.
- Support practitioners in following established standards and processes and in effectively using business solutions, tools, and systems.
- Provide technical assistance during the implementation of new products, tools, and operational solutions.
- Recommend adjustments to methods and procedures to improve effectiveness, efficiency, and overall operational performance.
- Hold a General College Diploma in a relevant field, or have an equivalent combination of qualifications and relevant experience.
- Bring at least three years of relevant professional experience in a technical, administrative, operational, or related environment.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and decision-making abilities, particularly when addressing technically complex or ambiguous issues.
- Possess effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrate customer focus, adaptability, initiative, and a willingness to learn and respond effectively to changing situations.
- Have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage information, processes, and multiple operational priorities with attention to detail.
- Have professional proficiency in French and advanced English proficiency, including reading, writing, and communication, due to interactions with English-speaking partners, members, and clients.
- Be available for a rotating schedule from Monday to Thursday between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., and on Fridays between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
