Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service/Sales Associate to play a critical role in driving business growth by managing inbound sales calls, ensuring positive customer experience and meeting sales, profit and customer service targets. The ideal candidate will have a background in customer service/inside sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Order fulfillment
- Prepare shipping documents – domestic and international
- Handle international shipping related matters that arise.
• Customer Service
- Work with customers and vendors as needed
- Process payments and refunds accordingly.
- Provide any necessary custom clearance requests.
• Sales Support
- Work with and support sales reps as needed to place order items
• Industry trade shows, conferences and training courses
- Venue related matters
- Draft contracts for instructors
- Internal and external communication with employes, attendees and industry partners
• Other office functions as necessary
• Cross-train and support for related companies

Requirements:Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 3+ years of customer service/inside sales experience
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in customer service software and CRM platforms
- Detail oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
