Requirements:Sterile Services Co. (SSC) is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Request Coordinator to support daily administrative workflows, email-based requests, document organization, and follow-up tasks. This role supports leadership by turning incoming requests into clear action items and ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, organize, and track assigned administrative requests.
- Identify action items, deadlines, missing information, and required follow-ups.
- Draft clear and professional email responses as directed.
- Route requests to the appropriate internal team member, vendor, partner, or contact.
- Follow up on pending items until completed.
- Maintain trackers for open requests, completed tasks, deadlines, and outstanding responses.
- Organize documents, attachments, approvals, and records in the appropriate folders.
- Assist with forms, signatures, vendor requests, internal documentation, and general administrative tasks.
- Prepare brief updates on pending items and priorities.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive business information with discretion.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting a busy leadership team, executive, or small business.
- Experience in government contracting, professional services, operations, compliance, or vendor coordination.
- Experience maintaining task trackers, digital files, request logs, or administrative dashboards.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of administrative, office support, operations support, or coordinator experience.
- Strong written communication and proofreading skills.
- Excellent organization, follow-up, and task-tracking abilities.
- Comfortable managing a high volume of email-based requests and administrative details.
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and PDF tools.
- Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and ask clarifying questions when needed.
- Professional, reliable, discreet, and detail-oriented.
