Job Description
Oneida Professional Services (OPS) is actively seeking a highly motivated, full-time Executive Assistant (SES Support) in Washington, DC (SSP Headquarters).
Contingency Notice: This position is contingent on the award of a federal contract.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive-level administrative support to Senior Executive Service (SES) leadership at SSP Headquarters.
- Manage complex calendars, prioritize executive schedules, and coordinate high-level meetings and engagements.
- Develop and track executive-level deliverables, action items, and program milestones.
- Draft and manage high-level correspondence, reports, and briefing materials for leadership decision-making.
- Coordinate executive travel arrangements using DTS and ensure compliance with travel policies.
- Plan and support executive meetings, including preparing materials, capturing minutes, and tracking follow-ups.
- Maintain records, files, and documentation in accordance with federal and Navy requirements.
- Support organizational alignment by coordinating across branches and providing recommendations to leadership.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity protocols and handle sensitive/executive information securely.
- Resolve complex administrative issues and operate with a high degree of independence and discretion.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 6 years of executive administrative support experience.
- Experience supporting SES-level or senior executive leadership.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance.
- Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Prior experience supporting DoD or Navy senior leadership.
- Experience with executive-level correspondence and briefing materials.
- Familiarity with DTS, SMARTS, and SEAS systems.
