Pacific Coast Producers | Full-Time | On-Site | Exempt
Salary Range: $70,500 - $85,000 /year (based on experience)
Pacific Coast Producers (PCP), a growing agricultural cooperative with food production facilities across the West Coast, is seeking a talented and experienced Logistics Supervisor to join our team in Lodi, CA. What You’ll Do:
In this role, you’ll lead the logistics team and oversee our storage warehouses and Distribution Center (DC) in Lodi, CA.
- Supervise and train employees in company policies, safety, sanitation protocol, quality, and production procedures/standards.
- Participate in the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, and priorities of PCP.
- Implement appropriate safety guidelines and investigate accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions.
- Oversee shipping and receiving of finished goods and materials between multiple production facilities and warehouses ensuring it arrives safely, on time, and without damage.
- Monitor and maintain inventory control.
- Ensure Interplant trucks are off-loaded and loaded in a timely manner.
- Manager forklift operators and reduce handling damage of our product and ensure they are following OSHA requirements.
- Oversee cleanliness of warehouses and achieve targets on costs, quality, and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure that the facility operates in compliance with all applicable safety and environmental rules and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain or logistics management, business, agriculture, or engineering preferred.
- Minimum of three (3) years of previous Logistics/Warehouse experience, preferably in a management role including direct supervision; employee relations; safety; sanitation; and inventory, quality, and cost control.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and be a successful team player.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet established deadlines.
- Computer skills required with experience in Microsoft Office tools and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (JD Edwards and WMS), preferably in a CBA environment.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and an ability to work effectively with others in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Any additional experience in the following is desirable; food manufacturing, mechanical skills, writing reports and/or procedural manuals, agriculture industry, OSHA, HACCP, FDA, USDA, GMP’s, SQF.

Salary Range: $70,500 - $85,000 /year (based on experience). This is a full-time, on-site role, based at our distribution center in Lodi, CA.
The base salary range reflects the reasonable expectation for what the company anticipates paying for this role at the time of posting. The actual salary offered will depend on factors including, but not limited to:
