• Significant experience designing and managing global compensation programs.
• Proven experience managing equity compensation programs, including RSUs and stock options, within a private company environment.
• Strong knowledge of Workday, including compensation processes, system optimization, and job architecture design.
• Experience using compensation benchmarking tools and market data to support strategic recommendations.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leaders and influence decisions across multiple business functions.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Experience leading compensation reviews, governance frameworks, and scalable processes.
• Proactive, ownership-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment.
• Passion for continuous improvement, automation, and creating efficient internal experiences.
• Sales compensation and commission plan experience is a plus.
