We’re seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll work directly with clients to implement Business Central, promote best practices, and deliver solutions that bring real business value. You’ll collaborate with our PMO team, follow Boyer’s proven project methodology, and focus on creating happy, referenceable clients. • Adding Value to Clients – 32 Hrs. Billable/week

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• 3+ years of experience with ERP implementations, including hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Solid understanding of core financial processes such as general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets, and financial reporting
• Demonstrated success in delivering ERP implementations in a client-facing role, ideally within a consulting environment
• Familiarity with project delivery methodologies, with a commitment to following Boyer’s internal Framework
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate project status, issues, and risks to clients and internal teams
• A client-first mindset with a proven track record of creating happy, referenceable clients
• Passion for continuous learning and growth in Business Central functionality, industry trends, and best practices
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while maintaining 32+ billable hours per week
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering value-added solutions to clients
• Experience working cross-functionally with project managers, technical consultants, and client stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment
• Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus
