ABOUT CENTRO ESPERANZA
CPLC CARF accredited Centro Esperanza offers specialized services for SMI populations focusing on case management and psychiatric services. We provide trauma-informed support tailored to individual needs supporting the people we serve recovery journey.
TEMPORARY POSITION
This role is a temporary assignment to provide interim daily leadership to the team. We expect this temporary role to be 3-6 months depending on need.
LOCATION
325 N. Stapley Dr., Mesa. AZ
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
In partnership with the Sr. Director, you will plan organize and direct the administrative activities of the SMI outpatient program at Centro Esperanza. You will coordinate access to care, transfer, triage, have oversight of caseload management, timely documentation, productivity, and direct service functions. You will implement and manage service delivery and program statistical data.
You will bring your leadership to coach and guide administrative/office staff, including performance improvement, corrective action plans, evaluation activities, and facilitating training, as needed.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES
- Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field preferred, or any combination of education, training or experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the job duties.
- Have at least three (3) years of behavioral health experience.
- Management experience preferred.
- Generalist knowledge in general mental health, substance abuse, co-occurring disorders, and serious mental illness.
- Able to work a flexible schedule as needed per program requirements.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and ability to be insured under automobile insurance policy.
- Ability to obtain fingerprint clearance card, CPR and First Aid.
