• Policy Development: Develops, reviews, and implements HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

• Supervision & Mentorship: Provides leadership, training, and work direction to junior analysts and administrative support staff.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Generally 5+ years of experience in HR, with proven experience in specialized technical functions.
