Talent Acquisition Specialist in Whittier, California at MDH Network

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is focused on actively recruiting and identifying qualified job candidates for front line positions for MDH Network, Inc., and its business lines. This position combines the skills and expertise of marketing and recruiting qualified candidates to develop a strong, positive MDH employer brand awareness, positioning it as an employer of choice, and attracting a qualified talent pool in the various Southern California job markets.

Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, this position identifies new talent, reviews, and analyzes resumes, scours job search websites for potential recruits, and contacts those candidates personally.

This key position interviews potential staff members and introduces candidates to hiring managers for final interview and initiates job offers to job candidates that meet or exceed job requirements. In addition, the Specialist serves as a new employee ambassador representing and introducing new hires to the company, reviews the pay structure and company benefits with the job candidates, as well as the hiring and pre-boarding processes.

Qualifications:

· Minimum: High School graduate

· BA Degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Training, Organizational

· Development, Business, Marketing, Communications or four (4) years’ experience in a related field preferred

· At least three (3) or more years of experience in recruitment, human resources, or training departments

· Ability to speak, read, and write English. Ability to speak Spanish highly desirable
