About This Position

Director will oversee all sites and work with 2 managers to accomplish. Director will have direct oversite of one chronic facility: North, South, or Conte site to be determined once hired in collaboration between the 2 managers and director.

DEFINITION/PRIMARY FUNCTIONS
-
Responsible for the operational, clinical, service, financial, and human-resources functions of the Renal Dialysis Program. Demonstrates proven leadership with the ability to motivate teams and communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats. Possesses strong analytical skills to evaluate complex issues and implement effective resolutions. Maintains a consistent focus on quality improvement, including oversight of the QAPI program, and serves as a proactive change agent.
Fully knowledgeable in CMS ESRD Conditions for Coverage and interpretive guidance. Oversees all components of the dialysis program, including three chronic dialysis sites, one acute site, and the home training program, with direct accountability for one site. Provides leadership to clinical managers, collaborates closely with the medical director, and fulfills all CMS-defined responsibilities of the Dialysis Administrator.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS (Minimum qualifications are required unless stated otherwise.)

Experience:

- Five years of clinical renal dialysis experience required
- Current experience in healthcare leadership, specifically clinical operations management required

Education and Training:

- BSN required; MSN preferred

License, Certification & Registration:

- RN - Currently licensed as an RN in Massachusetts
- Nephrology Certification preferred
