Licensed Practical Nurse II at Willis-Knighton Health System – Shreveport, Louisiana

WK Quick Care, a fast-paced urgent care center, is looking for an LPN for our new Quick Care South Urgent Care clinic located on the Willis-Knighton South campus. This applicant should have excellent communication skills, an excellent knowledge base, be comfortable with pediatric patients, and possess the ability to prioritize patient care. The applicant must be able to utilize and assess data to plan appropriate nursing care based on knowledge of professional standards of nursing practices and adhere to hospital/departmental policies and procedures. The nurse will also assist the physician in patient care and procedures, using initiative in decision-making and independent judgment. Urgent Care or Emergency Department and pediatric experience is preferred, but not required.
