Licensed Practical Nurse (LN II) at Willis-Knighton Health System – Shreveport, Louisiana

We are seeking an LPN with experience for a busy Internal Medicine Clinic. We are looking for an LPN who demonstrates a great work ethic, dependability, and the ability to work with a team. The job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to; patient triage, medication reconciliation, phoning in prescriptions, medication administration, documentation, responding promptly and appropriately to our patient phone calls, scheduling tests, and assisting with procedures. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 to 5:00. No weekends or holidays are required. An orientation will be provided based on your experience and level of competency.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of an approved vocational nursing program.
• Current Louisiana Practical Nurse license
