Licensed Practical Nurse (LN II) at Willis-Knighton Health System – Shreveport, Louisiana

Willis Knighton Health System is seeking an LPN to work in a pulmonary clinic. The MA will provide care for patients. The job responsibilities include not limited to the following : assessing the health status of patients and collaborating with the nursing staff and physicians to establish care: contribute to the planning of appropriate nursing interventions, assessments and patient's daily living needs; O2 needs and medication management. They will be documented in the EHR system. They will assist in answering phone calls, work with insurance companies, and complete referrals and preautherizations. They will schedule tests and procedures. The hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
