Licensed Practical Nurse (LN II) at Willis-Knighton Health System – Shreveport, Louisiana

Our busy Obstetrical and Gynecological clinic is seeking qualified medical personnel to assist with patient care. The job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, assisting the Physician with office procedures such as pap smears, colposcopies, endometrial biopsies, non-stress tests, and LEEP conizations of the cervix. Other job duties will include phlebotomy, administration of medications including injections, insurance precertification for pending surgery and returning patient phone calls in a timely and professional manner. The candidate with previous OB-GYN experience will be given first consideration, but a new graduate with an excellent Dr. Mc Cart work ethic, enthusiasm, and a willingness to excel will be considered.
