Resident Assistant at Linden Square Senior Care – Saline, Michigan

Saline, MI | Full-Time/Part-Time Available- 8 hour shifts

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with daily living tasks: bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and meals
• Report changes in resident condition and ensure accurate documentation
• Help maintain a clean, safe living environment
• Support social activities, light housekeeping, and laundry
• Respond promptly to resident needs and emergencies
• What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in assisted living or skilled nursing preferred
• A caring attitude and respect for seniors
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
