Job Description
Moxie Pest Control is looking for a Recruiter to support high-volume hiring for our growing home services team. This role is primarily responsible for sourcing candidates and scheduling interviews for our Field and Office Experts, ensuring a consistent pipeline of qualified applicants across multiple locations.
You’ll spend the majority of your day actively sourcing talent, reaching out to candidates, and coordinating interviews to keep hiring moving forward. Speed, organization, and follow-through are critical in this role.
This is not a passive recruiting position. You’ll execute daily outbound efforts, monitoring job boards, resume databases, referrals, and direct outreach, while managing interview scheduling and maintaining clear communication with candidates and hiring managers. Your work will directly impact how quickly we hire and how smoothly our recruiting process runs.
While this role is focused on recruiting operations, you may occasionally assist with basic HR-related tasks when business needs require additional support. These situations are infrequent and situational, and recruiting responsibilities will remain the primary focus.
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
- 1–2+ years of recruiting experience (in-house or agency)
- Experience with outbound sourcing, including LinkedIn and resume databases
- Comfortable recruiting for field, blue-collar, or customer-facing roles
- Ability to manage multiple openings and keep processes moving without constant direction
- Strong judgment, reliability, and follow-through
- Confident communicator who can represent the company professionally with candidates and hiring managers
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Preferred
Experience in home services, trades, or other high-volume hiring environments
Experience supporting hiring events or working in a staffing or agency setting
