About This Position

Are you passionate about shaping workplace culture and driving employee engagement? Valleywise Health is looking for a dynamic Senior HR Operations Consultant to lead the way in fostering an environment where employees feel inspired, supported, and empowered to perform at their best.
As the Senior HR Operations Consultant, you will serve as a strategic business partner, working closely with leaders and their teams to drive positive change and ensure seamless navigation through organizational growth and transformation. You’ll play a key role in enhancing employee experiences at the facility/local level, leveraging your HR expertise to implement impactful solutions. This role reports to the Director of HR Operations.
Annual Salary Range: $76,835.20 - $113,339.20
Qualifications
Education:
  • Requires a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field or an equivalent combination of training and progressively responsible experience that will result in the required specialized knowledge and abilities to perform the assigned work.
  • Master's degree preferred.
Experience:
  • Requires a minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible Human Resources, Business, or related experience that demonstrates a high level of understanding of the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Certification/Licensure:
  • Human Resources-related certification preferred (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP).

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Adaptability and continuous learning mindset to keep up with evolving HR practices.
  • Experience delivering programs and training to enhance workforce adaptability and development.
