This is a remote position however candidates should be located in AZ.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT IN THIS ROLE?

  • You will provide support and demonstrate knowledge in functional areas of Talent Acquisition focusing on new hire onboarding.
  • You will onboard and support onboarding staff to maintain staffing records, record systems, and reports to Management.
  • You will work closely with recruiters and the Employee Culture team providing responsive and quality customer service to new recruits and hiring managers.
  • You will support TA leadership with administrator functions related to audits and special projects.
  • You will be the first level of escalation from the Staffing Coordinators to help resolve onboarding issues, answer questions, and provide training.
  • You will take the lead on developing new onboarding experiences including researching Funder requirements and set-up of background processes.
WHO YOU ARE:

    You can think "outside the box" and have the ability to conceive new approaches, streamline processes, and create customer interactions. You are analytical and love problem solving! You recognize and solve problems without direct supervision escalating as needed. You have the ability to be flexible with strong time management, organizational skills and can multi-task.
  • You are an excellent communicator with strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES

Education/Background

  • HS Diploma/GED equivalency required; Associate degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant recruitment/staffing & human resources experience.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Bilingual preferred.
  • Proficiency with various software including Microsoft Office 365, HRIS software and ADP preferred.
SPECIALIZATIONS

  • Ability to effectively interact with a diverse employee population including internal collaborative groups.
  • Ability to make independent judgment to continue onboarding or rescind a new hire offer based on background findings, pre-employment physical, or lack of follow-through of clearing processes to start.
  • Help research required onboarding credential and clearance process for new programs.
  • Help create and maintain service level agreements and standard operating procedure documents.
