About the Position
The Project Coordinator for the Sales Operations team plays a key role in supporting the Commercial team by ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, accurate data management, etc. This role is responsible for maintaining prequalification databases, generating reports, and assisting with forecasting and pipeline tracking. The coordinator works cross-functionally with several teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Finance to improve performance, streamline workflows, and support strategic decision-making. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to analyze data are essential for success in this role.

Day in the Life
  • Facilitates prequalification requests from contractors, working cross-functionally to gather approved responses and aggregating those into a formal response to the contractor.
  • Maintains a repository of approved responses, updating and refining content as changes occur
  • Seeks opportunities to improve and/or automate existing prequalification processes.
  • Generates reports and assists with forecasting and pipeline tracking.
  • Supports the tracking and management of team requests
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Consistently make decisions in an attentive and safe manner to ensure the safety and health of self and others.
  • Utilizes LEAN concepts or other continuous improvement methodologies to ensure the most efficient operations, processes, and activities.
  • Promotes and models the Company mission, vision and values through exercising sound and ethical business practices, championing all elements of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and providing high quality services and programs as they relate to clients, subcontractors, co-workers, suppliers, and the public.


Minimum Qualifications
  • Required Education, Experience and Skills
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 0-2 years of experience coordinating project work or a similar role.
  • Experience providing and coordinating support activities in a fast-paced work environment and organizing large amounts of data into understandable formats. Strong organizational skills, scheduling abilities, and detail orientation.
  • Effective communication with employees at all levels. Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective independent problem solving, customer service and time management skills. Strong collaboration, initiative, teamwork, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated high level of integrity and dependability.
  • Demonstrated mathematical skills. Proficient in the use of business scheduling, cost tracking and purchasing systems.
  • Strong process orientation.


Travel
  • Occasional travel may be required.
