The Client Onboarding Coordinator at TrueNorth Partners Consulting is a critical operational role focused on managing the end-to-end transition of new clients into the firm's consulting framework. Acting as the primary liaison between new clients, business development, and internal consulting teams, this position ensures that accounts are accurately initiated, compliant, and positioned for long-term success.

​Department: Client Operations / Business Development Support
​Position Type: Full-Time

​Core Mission: Deliver a seamless, compliant, and highly organized welcome experience for incoming corporate and institutional clients, ensuring all account structures, documentation, and data pipelines are established efficiently.
​Key Responsibilities

​Serve as the primary, professional point of contact for clients throughout the initial 30-to-90-day onboarding window.
​Guide client stakeholders through administrative requirements, answer system inquiries, and proactively resolve operational delays.
Maintain a rigorous communication cadence to keep internal advisory teams and external clients aligned on onboarding milestones.

​Documentation, Compliance & Account Opening

​Coordinate the collection, verification, and legal execution of client master service agreements (MSAs), statements of work (SOWs), and required regulatory documents.

​Audit client-provided data for absolute accuracy and process account openings within internal systems, strictly adhering to internal governance policies and regulatory standards.

​Interface with external data vendors, platforms, or institutional custodians to facilitate clean account structures and access permissions.

​Data Integrity & CRM Administration

​Own the onboarding operational pipeline within the company's CRM platform, updating file statuses, milestone achievements, and client records in real time.

​Ensure clear documentation of the implementation process, highlighting scope modifications or unique deliverables requested by the client.
​Process Optimization
​Continually evaluate current client transition workflows to uncover bottlenecks, reduce setup friction, and cut down overall time-to-onboard.
​Help update internal training manuals, operational playbooks, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
