Like New Car Care is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Window Tint & Film Installer to join our team. This role is responsible for installing automotive window tint and protective films while delivering exceptional quality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.
Role Summary:
The Window Tint & Film Installer is responsible for the professional installation of automotive window tint and protective films, ensuring a high-quality finish that enhances both the appearance and functionality of customer vehicles. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and adherence to proper installation techniques and safety standards. The ideal candidate is reliable, takes pride in their workmanship, and is committed to delivering excellent customer satisfaction as part of the Like New Car Care team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare vehicle surfaces for film application, including cleaning, measuring, and trimming.
- Install automotive window tint, paint protection film (PPF), and other related protective products with accuracy and consistency.
- Inspect completed work to ensure flawless application and adherence to quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, tools, and equipment.
- Follow all safety procedures when handling films, chemicals, and installation equipment.
- Communicate with service advisor and team members to ensure jobs are completed on time.
- Provide guidance to customers on care and maintenance of tint and protective films.
- Assist with other vehicle protection services as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the Like New Car Care team.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in window tinting, protective film installation, or automotive detailing preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to perform precision work using cutting, heat, and application tools.
- Comfortable working in a physical role that includes standing, bending, and lifting.
- Safety-conscious and knowledgeable about handling chemicals and tools.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
