What You’ll DoLead Through Leaders: Develop and mentor shift leads to ensure they are setting clear expectations, holding teams accountable, and delivering results.
Drive Results: Ensure quality, efficiency, and consistency across all overnight operations — from sweeping and pressure washing to client property standards.
Promote Culture: Reinforce Katsam’s core values — Team First, Accountability, Dependability, and a Welcoming Positive Attitude — while fostering a strong, supportive, and high-performing work environment.
Oversee Operations: Monitor routes, manage real-time challenges, and coordinate with maintenance to minimize downtime.
Ensure Communication: Act as the bridge between night and day operations, ensuring smooth handoffs and no gaps in service.
Coach & Train: Onboard new team members, strengthen skills, and create opportunities for growth and improvement.
5 years of progressive leadership experience in operations, fleet management, or logistics.
Strong track record of developing leads and holding teams accountable for results.
Skilled in balancing efficiency and quality while maintaining positive morale.
Confident decision-maker with excellent problem-solving skills.
Experience with fleet management/GPS software a plus.
Valid Class E Driver’s License (or ability to obtain).
